Frequently Asked Questions
Backlight which is set up behind the performer, distinguishing them from the stage background from depth. Moving head which can move from pan and tilt direction with variety of beam/spot/wash effect.
PAR CAN/LED BAR which are used for wash effects.
Turn on your moving head stage lighting, and then connect the DMX controller through DMX cable and powercon cable, finally enter to the channel list to choose the functions you are looking for.
Switch off the light, using the screw tool to open the housing to check the inner structure.Firstly, you could test the PCB,power supply, motor, senser positioning fucntion, prism mechanical part, belts and etc.
The quality best par can has a CRI rating from above 80.And they can do pure color mixing with high-energy output. If you are planning to use them outside, the IP protection must be above IP65.
Yes,you can ship battery par can fixtures internationally by express or sea,but the products must be labeled with battery shipping sticker outside the box and offering MSDs transportion shipping documents to forwarder.
Color temperature is a index that portray the hue of the lighting source using the Kelvin scale, with the range from 1000k-10,000K.It produces warm color and cool color.
Firstly, you should make sure that the audiences can clearly see all the performers, scenes, and stage tools.Secondly, through the light and dark contrast to guild the audience’s view.Thirdly, set the stage mood, leveraging the color and intensity to match the content of the performance.
The application of led par lights and led lights bars depends on the specific lighting function you need to achieve for your stage performance.Below is some tips:
You can use par can as back lighting, side lighting, general wash and angle consideration. And about the bar light, you can use it as backdrop washing, stage floor and boarder lights.
Protection, power, weight, and heat generation categories
Lighting fixtures come in two types: waterproof and non-waterproof. Waterproof models are currently more popular on the market.
We typically specify a power supply with a capacity 12–20% higher than the actual load of the LED chips; this provides a safety margin, compensates for conversion losses, and accommodates voltage fluctuations.
Weights vary depending on the specific fixture; the stated net weight excludes packaging materials.
Our fixtures are designed with overheat protection, so this issue does not arise.
Battery-powered lighting specifications
Our battery-powered PAR lights currently feature a 5,200mAh capacity, though built-in battery capacities vary by model.
Runtime is generally 3 hours at full power, around 12 hours using built-in programs, and approximately 8 hours for a single color.

Optical Parameters of LED Beads & Light Sources
Pure, smooth color mixing
We typically size our power supplies to provide 12–20% more power than the LEDs actually require; this safety margin accounts for conversion losses and voltage fluctuations
While traditional LEDs often use integrated chips or RGBW configurations, the market is shifting toward modular light sources and RGBL LEDs. The main differences between integrated chips and modular light sources lie in packaging and functional completeness; at the same power rating and when paired with optical lenses, modular light sources offer approximately 20% higher brightness. Additionally, RGBL mixing offers a wider color gamut, smoother color transitions, and more realistic skin tones compared to RGBW.
We generally use LEDs from major domestic brands like Tianxin
Unless the client specifies otherwise, our standard CRI is above 70. For high-demand environments like theaters, we recommend a CRI of 90 or higher
Customized based on client requirements. The R9 value measures a light source's ability to render saturated red; it is a "special" color rendering index specifically used to gauge the realism of red tones. Please note the distinction from Ra: Ra is the average of the first eight common colors and excludes red. Consequently, many LEDs have high Ra values but low R9 values, resulting in visuals that lack vibrancy.
For export products, the color temperature is typically between 7000K and 10000K
Luminous flux and illuminance (Lux) data vary depending on the product design. Industry standards involve testing at distances of 1m, 3m, 5m, 10m, and 15m, typically using a luminance meter.
Beam moving heads usually have a beam angle of around 2°; spot (gobo) moving heads are around 16°; wash lights range from 4° to 60°; PAR lights are typically around 26° (with other angles available); effect lights/wall washers are usually around 60° (with other angles available)
Typically 26°, 45°, or 15°; customizable
Unless the client specifies otherwise, our standard CRI is above 70. For venues with high standards, such as theaters, a CRI of 90 or higher is recommended.
Current color-mixing lights and PAR series fixtures feature built-in color temperature functionality, which can be customized
Different colors correspond to different wavelength ranges; customization is available
Typically, there are 12 colors
Most models now include a dedicated color temperature channel, and this feature can be customized.
Moving Head / Wash / PAR Light – Optical Structure & Effects
The prism effect is well-defined; the prism facets do not overlap or stick together, and there is no ghosting
Custom prism arrangements are available
Single or dual prism configurations
Moving head pattern lights (gobos) typically feature both fixed and rotating gobo wheels. While fixed gobo wheels require replacing the entire wheel to change a pattern, rotating gobo wheels allow for the replacement of individual patterns; consequently, many clients opt to install custom rotating gobos tailored to specific project requirements. When replacing rotating gobos, it is advisable to consult the factory regarding specific inner and outer dimensions to avoid errors.
Typically, a combination of metal and glass gobos is used, For glass gobos, two-color designs are generally recommended due to their cost-effectiveness; multi-color glass gobos entail high costs and are usually not recommended. Metal gobos can also be customized; many clients prefer small circular patterns designed to produce narrow-angle beam effects
This depends on the specific design of the fixture. Currently, popular wash light models on the market feature rotating lens effects, whereas traditional wash lights lack rotating lenses and offer only basic wash functionality.
This depends on the fixture's design; if the head housing has reserved space for an LED strip and its driver board, an LED strip effect can be added. LED strip effects have become a popular feature in recent years and can be incorporated based on project requirements.
Fixtures generally feature one or two prism wheels. Prism wheel options include 8-facet, 24-facet, and 6-facet configurations.
This depends on the available internal space; if space permits, moving head beam lights are typically equipped with a frost wheel.
It can be installed in front of the lens, subject to the product's specific design constraints
Smooth dimming.
Gobos are generally available in metal and glass varieties
Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast
This depends on the specific product structure; typically, there are more metal gobos than glass gobos
Rotating gobos are removable. Metal gobos are not individually removable; the entire metal gobo wheel must be removed.
This depends on the specific fixture design.
Please refer to our company's gobo specifications for details.
